Happy Halloween everyone!
Yes! Another week completed and I feel amazing!
Starting this week I could finally feel more power in my legs, seems like I am developing some muscles.
Also, even though it does not shows on the weighing scale, I must have lost some fat, because my clothes fit me better now and finally I can fit nicely into size 12! So happy about that.
Run1 was 30mins Easy and I managed 4.5k,
Run2 was 40mins Easy, during which I ran 5.53k in the woods. The first 15mins was a gradual uphill run altogether 105m elevation gain, so not so bad.
Run3 today was a 5k run and it took me 32minutes 30sec. I did not feel very tired at all, I think I am getting better at finding my comfortable pace, which is nice!
I can't wait for Tuesday's run! It will be Intervals! I've heard that running intervals makes you faster runner, and I am so so so excited for that!
