Hi all, posting here because I'm not following the prescribed c25k and I don't want to cause confusion over there! I've been following my own recovery plan and doing ok, but I've had to ease off for a few weeks because of other stuff. Had to drive a lot too which my foot took exception to, so more that life has settled down again I've started up again with a couple of easier runs. Last time, I did a week 6 run 1 and popped an extra 2 minutes run on the end to make 20 minutes of running in total, and today I just did four lots of 5 minute run, 2 minutes walking. Foot and right side is feeling a bit better again, but I'm not going to push it.
My local town has been yarnbombed ready for remembrance Dayπ₯°

Hey π itβs so good to read your progress, sounds a bit like jeffing to me which is a great way to build back up, your town is looking fab, I expect there are some around here but I havenβt been into the village for a while
Well I think jeffing is the way I'm going to go, because there's no way I'm running week 5 run 3πI'm just going to keep adding little runs to the end, and build up total run time, then make each run section longer, but only gradually.
They were all over the high street, mainly by the church. Such a lot of work by someone (several someones? A few different styles of poppy - reminds me I must buy mine )My foot is much better this week, thanksπ
