We're leaving today so yesterday was our last run in the beautiful autumnal forests. Took it very slow and easy and only ran for half an hour.
It was sunny but pretty chilly. We stopped on the way home as husband wanted to take a picture of something. With the light against him I could see steam rising from his scalp! Obviously working a lot harder than me 😁
Love the image of smoke rising from your man's scalp! And also imagining running in foreign countries as a cool thing to do....it would kind of bridge the gap of being a visitor and belonging. Sounds like you had a great trip.
