I printed off juju plan but not understanding it (put it down to my age) week 1 do I only run 2.5 k but have to do it in 15 mins and so on fir run 2?

So saying I didn't run at all today very bad day was up most of the night feeling I'll think it was a bit of sude effects to booster jab. Then found out my daughter had been taken to hospital at 2am with gall bladder pain, now home awaiting tests.

To top today off the house we were buying fell through that's the third one fallen through, obviously wasnt meant to be.

Will try to run tomorrow if my poorly tummy allows

No , you do not have to do it in 15 minutes! They are two stand alone plans so for the distance plan you just run the stated distance , it does not matter how long it takes .

But if you are doing the time plan then you run for the stated time and it dosent mater how far you go .

Hope that helps ?

So you are either doing the 'Red' plan OR The 'Green' plan

Oh poor you - what a rotten day 😱! Juju's plan has 2 options: 10k or timed ( 60 minutes).

Each week shows the two options (10k = orange, or 60 mins = green).

So, for example, on the 10k plan, week 1 would be a 2.5k, 5k & 5.5k run. The 60 minute plan would be a 15 minute, 30 minute and 35 minute run.

Some people prefer to do the 60 minute plan first, especially if they are slower runners. Once you get to 60 minutes it is then possible to switch to the distance plan. So if, for example, you run 7k in 60 minutes, you could then pick up the distance plan at week 3 to reach 10k (should you wish to).

And by all means repeat any weeks until you feel happy to move on.

I hope that makes sense? It is a great plan - it took me 15 months to complete, but I made it! So just take your time and enjoy the journey!

I do hope your daughter is ok, and your house situation sorts out. It sounds like you need these runs!

Such a stressful day for you.Hope your daughter is OK and the house situation sorts itself out.

Juju's plan is brilliant. As WW described I did the timed version first and then moved onto the distance plan. I hope the routine and structure of the plan brings you some relief from everything life is throwing at you at the moment .
