Hi guys, it’s the first time posting here although I did post on the couch to 5k app. I’ve been reading through every so often so I thought I might as well say hello everyone. I took up couch to 5k in January this year, I never thought I’d do more than 5k to be honest but the running bug has definitely got me. I tend to run most days now and so I’ve attached a photo of my best achievements so far 🏃🏻

Well look at you go, that's fantastic! I had a feeling before I zoomed in, that those valleys were South Wales. They had that look about them. (Welsh exile living in England here😊)
Cheers nowster. If you can do 10 miles you will be able to do 13.1 👍🏻 I didn’t think I’d ever run 10k let alone 10 miles. I took up c25k to improve my fitness and maybe lose a bit of weight 😂I never intended to run more than 5k 3 times a week, I’m addicted now though and don’t like missing a day if I can help it. Good luck on doing your half marathon 👍🏻
