Easy-ish 5km (W8R2)

I’m obviously still not quite on top form as I was slower without having to force myself like usual but I’m glad I went out after a very busy work day as it would have been easy not to! Not much to write home about today but I did 5km in 36:43 at a pace of 7:20/km - I didn’t massively enjoy this one at the time but so pleased to have done it and be back in my routine!

I am super lucky that they tend to come quite naturally, my best so far is negative over 9km!

Not all runs have to be fast. In fact, most authorities say that the bulk of runs shouldn't be fast.

You're still beating everyone on the couch. 👍
