Well I never….. I’m in the blue! 💙
Running alongside my daughter Dabby-dot, as she does her C25K, is clearly working in my favour. Apparently Mr Garmin has decided that my fitness age is now 34! If only that were true, but at least running with my daughter is knocking years off my fitness age, so I’ll make the most of it while it lasts 😉 . I’m fully prepared for it heading in the other direction sometime soon, but it’s nice to have made it into the elusive blue! 💙😃👍🏼
Today’s run brought Dabby-dot to the end of week 3, one third of the way through her C25K journey 😃🥰.
Quite warm already at 8:30am, with the sun shining quite strongly, we headed out on a different route along the shaded country lanes this morning. It’s so wet and muddy on our usual woodland trails after the recent storms and heavy rain. More thunderstorms are forecast for later this afternoon. The sun has now retreated and the wind is picking up, signalling the coming rain and cooler temperatures for the next few days.
