Very first ParkRun and smashed my PB!!!

First Parkrun this morning and I absolutely loved it! Well organized and really friendly people. Ran the course with someone I've never met before, we actually managed to chat all the way round, she was great at helping me pace myself and I then realized I'd done another sub 30, but the official results have just come in and it was 28mins 4 secs!!!! I am so pleased and totally addicted now!!!😃😃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
