I did my first 10k this morning!!!

My goal for 2019 is/was to be able to run 5k in under 30 minutes and maybe run a 10k by the end of the year.

Well am still working on running a 5k in under 30 minutes but I DID my first ever 10k this morning!!! I only went out to do a 8k as my friend (June) had promised cake if I managed a 8k run (as previously i’ve only ever managed a 7k). I thought I might as well run the extra 2k to do my first 10k 🧁🏃‍♀️🏅

Now I know I can run 10k I’m going to sign up for the Grimsby 10k in July and raise funds for a charity very close to our hearts. 😃🏃‍♀️ x
