just back in from running W9 r3. So so pleased to have got this far.it’s taken longer than the 9 weeks but I’ve done it so I’ll be back out in the next few weeks consolidating but probably only twice a week. I do t want to set my hip off again so I’ll take it slowly now I’m back to 30 minutes of running. I met only one other runners this morning but it was a gorgeous morning to be out there. Had to share the road with a few tractors. But a nice quiet run. It’s good to be back running for 30 minutes. Hurrah 😃😃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️😃😃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🎶🙌🎶🙌

I enjoyed it second time round, I ran it with a friend and found I could run the shorter times a little less slow

yes I found that too. But I had to try not to go too fast in case I couldn’t finish the program.

I think I left her to it for the last couple of weeks, couldn't keep up on longer times
