Glorious drizzle , brilliant run..

Smashed my 10K by a whole TWO Minutes 🎉🏃‍♀️💪

Wow - that is a cracking time, well done! And 2 minutes faster - that is quite something! Do you think the drizzle helped? I came back from my run (a mere 5k, but a very enjoyable one 🤸🏼‍♀️) thinking that 13 degrees, drizzle and a cool breeze make the most perfect running weather 🏃🏼‍♀️!

Yes definitely the drizzle helped, such a relief after the past few weeks of heat! I think after doing my longest run of my HM I felt my legs were much stronger..felt I could go faster for longer 👍🙂

Wish I had your spark! I started off to do 5k, a swim and 5k back....after 2" I thought 'i don't want to do this'.... So stopped! I think I need it to be 13C or less...was 16 at 6.30.😣
