YAY well done! I'm hoping to do the same at some point in the next week, although I can't quite believe that I'm saying that either!

Great achievement...well done. I'm in awe of you. I graduated in september/October (can't remember now!!) and although I've contemplated trying to get to 10k as my next step I've found I'm still plodding 3 times a week about 5k each time. Happy with this though as my biggest goal was to get through the winter and not give up. Spring is on the horizon. ..Happy running. Hugest congratulations x

Thank you! And well done with plodding on, it’s so hard with this weather!! I’m beginning to lose my mojo and need to get my enthusiasm back!! Any tips??

I only did 10k as I ran to meet my run buddy (I used to drive) then did our usual run then I ran back home, it wasn’t even planned!! Lol

Good luck, you can do it!! Xx

I think I could easily be a non runner...I don't think I have much motivation when left to my own devices so I have created a routine. I do parkrun on a Saturday and run Mondays and Wednesdays. It's a bit of a military operation as need to fit around kids commitments etc. My only tip is I put my running gear on when I get in from work so that tells my brain it's a run day...no excuses!! When out, and I think about stopping, I often remember posts on here and tell myself I can do it, one foot in front of the other and because I know where I'm running I visualise each step as one nearer home. I love the sense of achievement I get from running and I feel it's really enhanced my emotional wellbeing. You have achieved so much..you look amazing. Just decide what your next goal is....and I don't think it has to be further, faster etc...mine was to do c25k which I did then when I contemplated 10k, I wasn't sure and for me just running 3 times a week is a challenge.

Just get out there and run Lisaloopy. ..enjoy the fresh air, let your mind wander and celebrate life and revel in your awesomeness...10k is my next goal. You can hold me to that!! Happy running. X

Thanks so much!

You know what you’re so right! Just to continue to run 3 times a week, is a challenge in itself with a home, job, children, husband & dog!!! Lol

Did another 10k this morning.

I set the alarm got up, got my gear on and went out!

No need to overthink it!

Thanks again and good luck to you too!

Better weather is coming I hope!! Lol
