Looks lovely. We're not that close to the sea, but do have moorland streams near us. A bit more bracing than the sea, but so wonderful in hot weather like we've had this week, and close enough to go on a lunchtime break from work. The term 'swim' is a bit optimistic, but the water is deep enough to do about 10 strokes before you have to turn around again! We tend to stick to warmer weather now, but we did challenge ourselves to at least one swim a month for a year and it's surprising how your body gets used to the cold. Enjoy the sea
Wow that looks so inviting. Well done on your short run. I was hoping to go to the gym later for my run but it seems that the grandchildren have invited themselves over for the day 🤣🤣🤣🤣 so I’ll be exhausted after playing tag and football ⚽️ in the paddling pool but hey ho it’s great to be able to see them happy running 🏃♀️
I love your posts, they are little bit different from most and are very refreshing. I'm intrigued by the photo of the sea and the map extract of the park. Could I ask (approximately) which part of the world you are in?Martlet
