But not a good first! I started c25k back in October and now run at least 3 times a week, mixing it up with long runs at the weekends, a short interval run and a 30 min run.
Today was the first run that I had to abandon, I literally had nothing in the tank and had to finish the run half way through and walk home. I felt sick and shaky and couldn’t wait to get home for a cup of tea!
Very Disappointed but I’ll have a rest tomorrow then give it another go on Tuesday!
I hope you’ve all had better runs this weekend!

I had similar today. Dragged myself round 4k, slow, heartrate through the roof. Awful !!. I put it down to the heat (and 🍷last night). Put it out of your mind. It happens to us all.
Yikes poor you. I’ve had this sick and shaky feeling during strenuous exercise in the past - it’s always meant I needed food. Just a thought. Glad you stopped and didn’t battle on. Happy running 🤗
