Hiya,
Had planned to have an extra day of rest for my knee, which I kinda injured during tai chi on Monday. But I was frustrated and a bit sad and I felt I needed a run.
Might have run a bit too fast and I did several fartleks in the middle 10 minutes too. Ended up at 3,56 km, which is much in 30 minutes for me.
Coming home I immediately did day 3 of my rope skipping adventure, which was not the best idea I ever had. It was 2x 30 seconds jumping and I stumbled and had to restart 6 times in total. I felt as if I could not coordinate my legs to jump at the right moment. Maybe I was a bit too tired after my run?
Normally tomorrow is a rest day in the rope skipping scheme, but maybe I should repeat today and do the rest day on Sunday?
