Such as your first 10K, first sub 60 minute 10K, first 10 miles, first half and full marathon, all are milestone runs, I still think your first 20 minute run of run 3 of week 5 of C25K is possibly the most important milestone run, the vast majority of people have never run that long in their lives, that included me as well, the longest I had ever run before R3W5 was 10 minutes.

That is so true. That 20min run in week 5 felt amazing after. However I think I did have as big a grin on my face after my first 10K because in my head that was utterly unachievable!!

Congratulations and very well done. You smashed it too. My first sub 30 minute 5K was at my first road race. I finished in 29:58. Just scraped through, typical for me, I was always the same with College exams.😀
