Finally went out late morning for a run that extended my distance back up to 7.5k and on me very, topsy turbo, meandering, undulating up and down over the fields and grassy knolls route.
It is a very slow route but a fun one, specifically as hubby joined me for this walk-run (he walked, I ran). We probably made an unusually looking pair, lanky hubby in wellies, jeans and a leather hat keeping the rain off and not-so-lanky me in neon running shoes, leggings and a running cap... and of course...
... the COGH t-shirt. Yes! It had arrived! And a beauty it is!
We also managed to not get rained on, not sure how as the clouds continually looked viciously wet. But shoes got wet anyway due to long grass still dripping from the last shower.
No matter, we run-walked and came back tired but satisfied. Now to prepare some snacks for this evenings’ family Eurovision evening!
