If you're wondering where you would like your running to take you next, thereβs lots of great advice here, take a peek:
Wow very well done. Super running and excellent to do it in under 1 hour. My first 10K took me 1 hour and 20 mins. It took me a year or 2 to get below 1 hour. Happy running.
Iβm a long way off a 10! Just happy to have completed wk 9 run 3 C25k last Friday and then went for a 7 mile walk which was probably mad but I feel I have so much more energy.
Very well done. Congratulations on finishing the C25K program. It is a great achievement, so many try and fail. But youβve done it. Spend 2-3 months running 5K or for 30 mins about 3 times per week. Then your running legs will be ready if you want to run further. Enjoy and Happy running.
Hello, hello! I ran my first 10k today in the super duper break neck time of 1hr 25 minutes π Donβt even care, Iβm so happy. Please can I have my badge? Thank you π
Oh I am so sorry for the delay in giving you your badge. Huge congratulations to you on your first 10K. Really well done, it is a great achievement. New badge for you.
