Completed C25k a while ago and have progressed to being able to run 5k in 46 mins. Know it is slow but I am 65 and getting back into running after trying 20 years ago. I normally run on grass as I understand it is better for knees. I avoid hills as I find it hard on my knees I am doing the recommended NHS knee exercises. Are there any other resources for improving knee strength? I can’t afford a physio at this point. 🙏🏽
