Working on speed to get 5k time better and to hold my pace longer. So doing c25k but using it as speed intervals. Hopefully this will work me up. If not I will enjoy trying. So this week was x8 60secs run (sprints) & 90 secs walk. This morning was slightly slower as the other 2 hence the difference but I put alot of effort into the runs
