I completed my first run of week 4 this morning and it felt so amazing!!
I went out first thing, not as early as planned as my phone had not charged properly overnight so had to wait to charge it before I went out. Was out the door just after 7am dresses in my running shorts and long sleeved top. It really was such a lovely morning, wonderful to see the sun shining. I decided to go for a run on Clapham Common. There was lots of runners about. I felt so strong again and actually felt like a runner! Was delighted to have run 16 minutes in total. I canβt wait till Monday for my next run. I really do love the early morning runs, thank you Coach for converting me. I feel liked I have discovered something so magical regarding helping my fatigue. I went for a short walk after my run and was thrilled to have already completed 10k steps by 8.30am! I have felt great again today, I canβt believe how energised early morning running makes you feel for the rest of the day.
I meet up with my twin great nephews (3 years old) later on in the morning, I havenβt seen them for so long and it was so lovely so see them. We had lots of fun in Wimbledon Park was great running around with them I have walked 25,462 steps today.
Hope you have all had a lovely day.
Happy Running x

Thank you Peter, I canβt tell you how wonderful it feels I really am starting to feel like the old me again, I canβt believe it is nearly 3 months since having Covid.
lol oh not sure about that Peter!! Although I think my pace did feel a bit faster I am not tracking my runs at the moment want to wait till I get back to running 5k.
It was so lovely to see them was amazed when they were telling me all about lockdown and the reasons we canβt go to many places. I used to spend so much time with them before so am very close with them, really miss them and my 3 little bears.
Today you ran and walked the equivalent of a half marathon Rebecca, I know that because last Sunday I walked a half marathon, Mapmywalk says 25, 476 steps, congratulations to you on running and walking today.
Glad you are a convert to early morning running! Perhaps itβs the answer to help you conquer the fatigue, I really hope so. So glad you had such a good day with your great nephews, too! x
