Google Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan, after you find it, if you have a printer you can print it and make several copies and pin them on the side of your refrigerator or any other place in your home, perhaps even above your bed😊

That’s great. I have it now. Just need to use it! Finding the prospect a bit scary 😬

Don't be scared it's brilliant. If you have done c25k you can do this. Usual rules,,,run slow, take all the rest days, listen to your body and tell us all how it's going! Goodluck!

So I’ve done the first! Added on 1/2km yesterday. It was surprisingly more exhausting but that may be partly a mental thing and partly because without realising it I did my fasted 5km. Now I’m raring to go but have to tell myself it’s a week before 6km or I’ll do myself a mischief! When you do your short runs is it an opportunity to take on hills or pick up speed etc?

I think people use them for speed or hills, to be honest I just kept going at the same speed my nan aim being to not get injured. Glad you're enjoying it !
