Ju -ju magic plan

Morning out in the frosty and a wee bit slippy underfoot. -1 today compared to Sunday quite spring like ( I wish). Started ju-ju magic plan at week 3 3.5k and ran it at 27.59 . Building it up to 10k. All weather dependent this week think snow coming again . Pleased with time

Thanks granny hugs. After running 7.5 km Sunday 60 minsthought that week 3 be best place to start . 😀
