Thank you, going to try and complete it with just running so we shall see...not that great with long distances and the muggy weather at the moment but will give it a good go 😅
If u can run 3 mile or just over every other day u will do it. But I know what u mean I hate running in hot weather it's a killer for me but I enjoyed the rain and the wind x

The elusive Ju Ju’s plan. It is great to see it for real. I was beginning to wonder what this looked like after seeing it referred to so much. How are you getting on with it? Are the strength exercises from strength and flex?
