Hi so I have done week one the B210k app, after graduating from C25K a couple of weeks ago , however I have noticed that people on here are doing the ju ju plan, which seems a better idea ( the way the runs are designed ) just wondering about others opinion on this ? Oh and hello !! 😃👍🏻😀

Do both , join bridge to 10k but before you do , consolidate there is a good group just set up on here for consolidation Runners like you. Well done for c25k. I am approaching 12 months and still amazed I that I am a runner ( and you are too)

Just get used to running 5K x 3 times per week and build up a good base. Do parkrun too.

When I went up to 10K I just made one of my 5K runs a long run and I added 500 meters onto the run each week. That was it, simple.

Hi. I’m afraid I don’t know about B210K but I have just completed the JuJu plan and it is really good with lots of great support.

The consolidation advice above is really good and something which I should have done more of before moving on.

Looking back I wonder if not doing I t was the reason why I picked up a couple of small injuries in the fist few weeks of the JuJu plan the first time round.

Good luck

I didn't know about the app for Bridge to 10 k? But can really recommend the magic plan, it's great. You can choose to focus on distance or on time, depending on what you feel ready for. Definitely consolidate running three times a week first for a few weeks if you haven't already. Good luck with it and keep posting on here! ☺
