Great Plan - Highly Recommended

I was not fit, but I started running in September at age 56 with C25K, and moved on to Bridge to 10k in New Year. Winter weather and full-time work slowed me down a bit, but now have 5 10ks under my belt. Just had surgery and now cannot run for up to 3 months. Really sad, but confident that I can repeat both plans when back on my feet properly. Go for it!

That’s a pity. Best wishes for your surgery and I’m sure you’ll bounce back stronger. It’s a bit easier doing it the second time as you’ll know what to expect. Good luck.
