So what’s the common 5-10K plan used on the forum? I’ve downloaded two apps. 1 seems to be doing it in 4 weeks, the other in 9 so quite a difference

Ju-ju-'s 10 is the Magic Number plan will be starting again very soon! It's an 8-weeker 😊

Juju’s magic plan is great and you can virtually run it with the great supportive people on this forum. It’s more flexible than an app I think. I’m currently on W7 as I started a bit late on the last one.

ju-ju- s plan did it for me, was naughty and got to 10k a few weeks early but it does really help with the progression and provides the structure that a lot of us need after coming out of C25K

Was just having look for Ju-ju-s plan, Not that I pretend to understand, but the whats the shorter runs about? for example the 2.5k run doesn't seem like it would be useful? do you do them faster or whats the idea?
