That's fantastic Ian! Great about the hip and that obviously meant you could just relax and enjoy your run. It sounds wonderful πI didn't dare chance it today so making for with a short stroll through the woods just to keep things moving.
Enjoy the rest of your Easter weekend. How lovely to catch up with friends after all this time π
Thanks Ian. It's not right, and is still uncomfortable but a lot better than yesterday. I just needed to get outside as the weather is so wonderful today
Oh how brilliant to have a niggle free run Ian! Well done π. And some cracking photos too, I love horses. Have a nice time with old friends and coffee and cake. πππ
Great to read about your run, Ian and love the photos! Seems like you had a good day today, effortless run, no hip niggles, Pink Floyd and coffee and cake with friends ππππ
How lovely to enjoy a run that just felt effortless and that you could relax and enjoy. I'm so glad to hear that niggly hip is behaving itself. Your route looks glorious in the sunshine.Enjoy your catch up with friends. Happy running π
Sounded a nice run, and great news about that hip, i'm sure the shorter runs, and rest have helped, it's feels good to be back out, and not really feel any niggles, you must have had alot to catch up on, with your friends!
That looks like a nice place to run. And the weather was lovely wasn't it. I went for a comfortable 5k too - slipped down the private/beware of shooting section but no sign of the gamekeeper. Haha, this morning, as I read your post, there's a small snow storm outside!
We have a beautiful sunny day but a freezing cold north wind. Not great for outdoor gatherings - the firepit would have to get stacked up like for Guy Fawkes... ππ
Yes, nice and sunny here now but still very cold !
Sounds like a great run. It is always so pleasant when everything falls just right in a run eh? Hope the cake and coffee tasted good and that you enjoyed the company!
