Feel like a bit of a fraud saying I completed my long run this morning with it only being 8k!! I am getting there though and think it will only be a few weeks before I get to 10k. It’s so nice to be back in the swing of running and I’m finding myself thinking about it all of the time!

Congratulations, that is a good time for a 8K, if you had continued to 10K your time would be sub 65 minutes, onwards and upwards 🏃🏾 👍
