Did my longest run yesterday 9k in 57.49 felt really good think I will achieve the 10 k soon. When I completed the c25k I thought it was wishful thinking looking at 10k but it is well in site😊

I find 5k is still an excellent core distance and so I do that twice a week. But 10k takes a little more time (and I usually put in 2 recovery days afterwards too)! It is a good idea on a long run to reduce speed a little to make it achievable and less impact on the legs too. So much more you can see on a longer run too, fantastic and well done

So nearly at that goal there Ian! My bet is you will be there pretty soon! Great time for your first 9K too - I think you're going to be a sub 1 hour 10K man! (There's another goal for you!) Well done.
