Yesterday I managed a 5.5 walk with my lazy molly dogπŸ•. Today however she was having none of itπŸ™„ I managed 4k with some turning round and going back to where we started to try and confuse her ugh, still we made it.

Would you believe it I actually felt good and wanted to run, but no do as your told and take it steady

My toe still swollen but not to sore in my trainers.

Tomorrow will be wk 3 of C25K looking forward to it.

Happy running everyone x

I also just got off from the injury couch! So well done for keeping on keeping on!

Well done for being sensible! I know how difficult being sensible can be! G'luck on following C25K slowly and steadily!

My dog is the opposite - he'd happily spend the whole day out and about, he's never turned down a walk in his life! And he becomes a pest if we delay our walks so no chance if a cosy day at home on cold winter days πŸ˜•πŸ˜… well done on being sensible, not easy when we get the itch to run!πŸ‘
