Was listening to this fascinating podcast during my run yesterday. Matthew Walker was noting that the COVID-19 vaccine is less effective if one is underslept. Thought I’d share this as I see that several fellow runners on this forum are getting the long awaited COVID-19 vaccine. Please be well rested before your shot!

Interesting. No idea when I will get mine. But it will be less effective on me anyhow as I get immunosupressant medicines against arthritis. So I will just have to be careful for always I guess...
