Hubby and I have been using it and also recording for his elderly parents who were tested positive- great data collector and takes so little time to use it. I 🤗

Not sure if it's the same tracker, but I have been using the Covid 19 Symptom Tracker from King's College London, they ask you every day two questions, "if you have had a Covid 19 test" and "are you keeping physically well today", I answer no and yes to those two questions.

I always feel that I should wait until after my run to report - no idea why? It is not as though I need to report my legs being a bit tired after a long run :)

I did that to begin with weeks ago as I had a cough and felt a bit yuck but thought I'd record ok as managed my run🤣 if you can run all is right with the world. 🤗

Good to see that that running has a protective effect - I think its smuggery induced body chemistry that no self respecting virus wants anything to do with 🤣🤣🤣
