I am glad to know that you have had no after effects whatsoever from your second doze vaccination, I am going to get my second vaccination on Monday morning, it probably will be the OxfordZenica vaccination I got back in February when I did not get any after effects either.

Good news, then. My second Pfizer jab is on Sunday, so just over 10 weeks after my first. I felt rough 3 or 4 days after my first jab, though it may not have been vaccine related. I'm still going to leave an extra day between runs as I will probably get an arm ache at least. I had to postpone my blood donation for this.

My arm is still sore from the first vaccination over 6 weeks ago. ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Great that you have no side effects from your second Pfizer jab. It must be a relief to be fully vaccinated.I don't get my second dose until early June (astra zeneca) but Mr B had his a couple of weeks ago with no side effects at all - also astra zeneca

Had 2nd Pfizer jab a week ago.I donโt usually suffer with headaches but had a dull headache which started about 12hrs after - paracetamol resolved this.
I felt a bit vague - couldnโt decide anything and felt a bit lethargic about 24hrs later which lasted a day.
Went for a short nap and slept for about 2hrs - v unusual for me.
Sore arm but really no worse than flu jab.
All in all Iโm very happy as Iโve experienced few side effects and all very common and all very mild. Nothing else after about 48hrs and been absolutely normal since.
All the best to you and all other readers x
Had my second jab a few weeks ago- slightly achy arm only ๐. After being part of a team vaccinating other HCW Iโve heard many and various side effects so I think it really does vary. Just felt great to be doing something for colleagues ๐
I had my 2nd Pfizer on Monday (no reaction to the 1st). Had a sore arm for a couple of days. Wednesday night I developed a mild cough and felt slightly under the weather for 2 days. Saturday morning and feeling fine but still a bit of a cough. This could be the vaccine or something picked up from being with my 15-month old grandson last weekend who had a cold, cough & conjunctivitis.
Hope your cough gets better and not related to vaccine. Partner has cough as well he says from vaccine AZ one dose 4 weeks ago and still there. We just did the usual shopping and never mixed with people so partner thinks itโs vaccine. Itโs good to be fully vaccinated. Next one booster๐ good luck

That's good and a relief to get Pfizer jab no. 2 as you say., Reliable vaccines are the key to conquering this awful pandemic.I'm getting my second Astrazeneka on Thursday and will be very glad to. I had a sore arm and very tired for 48 hours, first time, so I'll see how the next goes. Either way, I'll be waiting with my slevve rolled up and ready! Best wishes โบ๏ธ
Yes thatโs what I did glad to get these vaccines. Partner not so keen on 2nd but he will get it. Howโs your osteoporosis/ osteoarthritis. Thinks mines flaring up . Find that brisk walking makes it worse than slow jogging and doing shorter runs. Good luck ๐ค on Thursday on your vaccine ๐
Hi Doris, I have to say the lower back arthritis has been virtually trouble free since I started running. Also, I found some good yoga specifically for the back too, it has really helped. Inactivity is the worse. Strangely though, bending while gardening always sets it off.Hope yours will settle and you can enjoy some walks, especially in this gorgeous weather.

Glad to hear you have suffered no ill effects. My hubby has just had his 2nd Pfizer brought forward from 8 May to Tuesday. He had no side effects after the first so๐ค๐ป I get my 2nd AZ on 2 June
I am getting my second Moderna on 8th of May, so in 2 weeks. Curious if I will have any side effects. With my first jab I had my monthly migraine and was suffering from a stomach bug. So I actually don't know if I had side effects (besides the sore arm).
Well done Doris8, Iโve got my second AstraZeneca jab booked for 2 June, so not too far away. I didnโt have any side effects at all from the first one, so hopefully this will be the same. My brother and sister also had the AstraZeneca version but suffered minor side effects. Itโs funny how some people are affected more than others.
