Magic Plan W5 R3 Fail

Well I couldn’t finish this one, got to 7kms and had the stitch and had to stop. I think it’s either because I ate too close to my run, or because I had to put on a burst of speed to get around someone on the footpath and that wore me out lol. Never mind, I’ll try again in two days. The weather is warming up though: 12 degrees!

You'll do it next time. I can't imagine trying to run through a stitch - I would have stopped as well.

How can you call 7kms a fail? I fail if I don’t go, anything other than that is a success even if it’s hard and I don’t go far Stitch is horrible, you can slow right down or walk and it may ease but generally stopping and going another day is a good option

I was thinking exactly the same. It's not a fail if you get out and give it a go. You'll do it next time. The temperature was a bit of a surprise today. I've also found weekends (quite understandably) much busier along my route so having to burst past people definitely doesn't help. Good luck with your next run, I'm sure you'll smash it 🙂
