9.5kms! This was a great run, I listened to my running playlist this time and just got in the zone. I’m a lot more confident about 10kms now - only 6 more sleeps!

Well done pr0fess0r! You’ll easily do that 10k - I hope to do my first towards the end of the month. My other half always says x amount of sleeps before we go on holiday - he gets really excited. Best of luck with the 10k! 😀👍🏃♂️
Cor thats exciting....I’ve just done week 1 of the distance plan having finished the timed plan last week. You are the inspiration I’ll follow. What next after the 10k plan is ticked off?
Well done! Well, that’s what I’m wondering! I want to try the timed version of the plan, starting by trying to do 3.5kms in 15 minutes. I’m wondering if I just keep trying that every two days till I get it, then move on to 5kms in 30 minutes till I can do that… not sure yet! I’ll get some advice from the community
I think you have every chance of doing that and compared to my snails pace, I don’t think you’d do too bad n the upcoming Olympics! Great job, keep going!
