Amazing! Well done πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘My total for December was just over half that - so something to aspire to!

I got back yesterday afternoon to find that I've got only 500m to do to complete the Garmin 50 miles in December badge. That's 80.5km. I'm going to have to do a short jog today, aren't I? πŸ˜‰

Well done on your 100km! πŸ‘

I'm hoping that I can get at least 12 runs in next month. I'm now up to running the sort of distances that would make 100km in a month feasible.

You certainly would have to have at least a little run to complete that! 80.5 is very impressive!

Yeah if you can hit 12 a month nailing 100km shouldn't be a problem πŸ‘πŸ»

You wouldn't believe what the record setters were running on Strava they must have been doing 15k a day! 😳 Mind-blowing.

I had a sneaky 15 minute jog this afternoon to get the badges (the New Year's Eve one too).

Some of those Strava runners are doing impossible paces and distances.

Amazing!! Team Gazelle champ πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼 A great achievement, you’ve made some serious progress since C25K. What next? Maybe 10 miles πŸ€” Happy New Year!

10 miles is a target for 2021 but my knee was paggered after 8 miles so think I'm gonna build it up slowly and maybe try some knee supports for the extra long distances.
