Illness has struck 😢 and I'm itching to get back out there. Although I am feeling much much better I am recovering from shingles and was obviously very run down and maybe over doing things in general.
This running game has become such a part of my life over past couple of years its so difficult to not just go out regardless.
How long would you all be taking off after illness?

Hope you are feeling stronger soon. I'd go when I felt like I could do a bit. Go steady but do go as it'll give you a lift 🙂
Not till you feel better - no point in setting yourself back.I would see if you are ok with some brisk walks before running. Listening to your body & doing what it tells you will keep you right. Mend soon. 😘😘
You’re doing the right thing Betty-Boo , you’ll only make things worse if you start up again too soon...being out in the fresh air is a remedy in itself so I’d try some walking and see how you feel and I’d def give it a couple of weeks x
