I'm driving off to Wales soon to see family, so I sneaked out for my second 5k run of the week before I get into the car. Pretty sure I won't get a run in until I get back. I planned 5k out and back, but felt good so kept going for a massive extra half k. It's not much, but it's more than I've managed since I fell off the bridge (due to illness, not literally!) a couple of months ago. So, I think I'll start the magic plan again next week! Woohoo! Oh, and shout out to cheekychipmunk, your fab 18k report encouraged me out of the door today ๐ค

Woohoo well done! Mentally we have these milestones of distance or time in our heads and when you are tired itโs easy to sort of collapse over โthe lineโ and finish. To carry on, even for a short distance, means something!
