When 5km turns in 10km

[Dutch-Fraggle]

Set off this morning for a 5km ...

Got out there and got to where I planned to turn back and was enjoying being out music in ears I decided to plod on ...

When finally got back I had reached my furthest run yet .. 10.9km

Wish I had checked before stopping as I would have pushed to 11km ...

But got a PB of 10km in 1hr 1 min 🙊 buzzing!!

That’s a brilliant time, well done 👏🏻👏🏻 you should be very proud of that one, thats about 6 mins quicker than my 10k PB and I remember I was pushing it that day. I’m well impressed, the way your going you’ll achieve a sub 60 10k, how cool would that be 👍🏃‍♀️
