Pretty simple question when does jogging turn into running in your opinion?
I passed some walkers the other day down a narrow track and they shouted out the way runner coming through, it made me think perhaps now I am not a jogger or a shuffler but perhaps I now look like a runner! It felt pretty good!
Thanks all

I think generally speaking the term "jogger" has been superseded by "runner" Technically speaking I think I still "jog" but I do prefer to be called a runner, it sounds more purposeful somehow
I agree re it sounding more purposeful.I do think a my pace has increased from 38 mins to 31 mins for 5K i feel more like i am covering distance with purpose rather than stumbling forward in a controlled manner
