Today I finished Ju Juβs 60min plan. It has been great, I had some amazing runs and some not so great ones along the way. Especially happy to have gone out today to finish this week, have hurt my back, bad posture! Typical WFH mistake, was unable to go out on Friday but decided to get out there today in the rain and cold. A slow run but itβs a good feeling that itβs done in 8 weeks as planned. Now I am going to start on the distance part of this plan, I have done an 8 K in week 6, I know itβs achievable.
Thank you to all you inspiring people out there. I donβt post much but I do read comments/ stories most days π

Hahaha you are spot on! Itβs the distance 7km that was slow, i thought but you are right again I need to celebrate 60mins that I had set out to do, thanks π·

Fantastic running. Well done you!!
You'll definitely be ready for the distance version. Enjoy it and be confident. You've come a long way πππ
Well done for running non-stop for a whole hour, it's brilliant and a long time to be on your feet. You can definitely do the 10k, enjoy your journey getting there but make sure you celebrate this achievement too as it is brilliant. Just remember when those first 60 second runs seemed so tough, now you can run for 60 minutes, brilliant πππ₯³πββοΈπββοΈππͺπΎπ₯
Thanks, I did run nonstop for 60mins. I really need to remember that and enjoy the moment. Although given my bad back I am in a bit of discomfort tonight, legs not happy either.
I will celebrate my 60 min though, thanks again for reminding π
Hope to see you at the 10k goal post in a few weeks time π
