So many folk appearing here, having run either for 60 minutes or for 10K!

If you have achieved that, then you need to let me know!! It would be great to know how that last run towards the podium went, and maybe a photograph to help us share the joy?

We all know how great it feels when that badge arrives 😊 It lets everyone know that you have worked hard and pushed yourself to achieve an important milestone.

Happy to report that I have passed the 10K point as part of my London Marathon training. Very happy to have got this far and I couldn’t have done it without the C25K program and the great HU community support.

I did it!!!! I ran 60 minutes 🥳 I am super excited and can still hardly believe it yet here's the proof from my very own phone!

Now to celebrate, I might just buy myself one of those gadgets (aka sport watches) I don't really need and still want... (Garmin? Polar Pacer? Chocolate? 🤔 Chocolate! Definitely!)

Well, my apricot parkrun shirt arrived today! How's that for celebrating!?

(Unfortunately, I won't be able to order from Contra again as the customs fee was 15€! That's a bit much for a 40£ shirt...)
