Can’t quite believe I have done it! Beautiful morn, running beside a river as the darkness rose and only a few runners and dog walkers around.

How to get to 10k? Well at my pace I think if I do 65 mins (alongside a week of a 20 and a 30) then 70 I might get there? Would be amazing if I did!!

You can take a look at the juju plan to see where your current level is at and take it from there x
