Half way and hit 60 minutes

Well I’m halfway through Ju-Ju’s magic plan, 4 weeks done, 4 to go and I’m loving it. I completed C25K last year and carried on running, although not with any great consistency. Decided this year to start Ju-Ju’s plan almost exactly a year after I started C25K and it’s been great so far. I seem to work better with a plan to run against and I can see and feel the results, nice improvements all round. Can’t wait to do the second half so Thank you.

I too am doing the Magic Plan but I'm doing the time version. I too prefer a plan to work to. I wonder what comes after this! 🤗😉

I think I need to make a consolidation plan, for 8 weeks, and then see where I go from there. I was entered to do a couple of races this year, they are currently rescheduled for September/October so fingers crossed

Mark, that is fantastic. 60 minutes a long time running! Nice day for it.

Thank you, it was lovely out, a little warm, but I don’t mind that 😀

Thank you, feels like the 10 is in sight, just need to take it steady and not push too soon.

7:32 per km is a fine pace for increasing distance, or even go a bit slower. You can think about speeding up in the months to come once it's a comfortable distance for you. I never reached 5k in 30mins but live running 10k especially in lockdown - the freedom of running - joy 🤗
