Notifications issues anyone?

I seem to be missing a lot of posts from folk I follow as I'm not getting all the email notifications. Anyone else having this issue? Any ideas?

Good idea but nothing there. Its odd because they seem to be intermittent. I got notification that you'd replied, for instance. Curious.

I’ve been getting the email notifications but they haven’t been showing on the site for a few days. Last week It said I had 51 notifications which was obviously a glitch. It seems better today.

Hello! The notifications on the site have been a bit up and down recently but not sure about the email notificatiins, although now you come to mention it.....

I'm going into 'following' to see what people are posting!

Some of mine randomly go into junk from time to time, seems like there may have been a glitch recently. 🤗

Same here. I had days with no notifications, then I also had 51 arrive at once, some of which I'd seen days earlier. I imagine it's a bug on HealthUnlocked, or a system update or something.

Hi all!

If you are having problems with email notifications go and check your settings to make sure the right boxes are still checked. If they are and you still have problems please email support@healthunlocked.com.

There was an issue with onsite notifications recently, but I understand it has now been fixed. If you are still having problems please do the following:

email support@healthunlocked.com with answers to the following questions:

1) What device are you using? (eg: tablet, iPhone, Windows computer, iPad etc)

2) What web browser are you using to view HealthUnlocked? (eg: Internet explorer, Firefox, Google chrome etc)

3) Are you using the HealthUnlocked app?

4) Is this issue consistent or intermittent?

5) Does the counter work? (on the bell icon)

6) Is this issue only occurring when someone replies to your post? Does this issue happen when someone mentions you in a post? Any other issues?

7) Is the issue happening for all the communities you follow or just one?

I did notice a lot of glitches at the weekend across several devices and browsers. It's been OK recently.

I find some emails end up in a "promotion" folder on Gmail other in the "primary" one.. No idea why though!
