Anyone having issues with NRC??

Well unless I've really upset Coach Bennett I can't seem to get the app to work since the last app update. I can't even get beyond the login😓😓.

Never had this problem before and really missing my guided runs with Coach Bennett. Anyone updated the app and now got problems??😭🏃‍♀️

Argh yes, I had problems a couple of weeks ago. I could get into the app but the training plans tab was empty and I also had trouble accessing the guided walks. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and some of the problems were fixed but it took a couple of days before it started working properly again 😒

Thanks. I've uninstalled the app and will try re installing tonight. Fingers crossed it will work. Did wonder if it was just my phone but it does sound like maybe the app update had a few bugs 😒

yey, I can now log in and see the guided runs! All my downloaded ones aren't there, but I can cope with that as long as they actually work! Will know tomorrow when I go out for a run. It was yoga night tonight😀🏃‍♀️

Same thing happened to me, I've had to download them again but they do work 👍

I tweeted coach Bennett direct and he's asked me what the problem is so hopefully he can direct me to who can help!🤞

Coach Bennett put me in direct touch with Nike and it turns out it was the VPN on my phone that was stopping the NRC app working properly. All sorted now and and tonight I had a guided run with coach Bennett atlast!!😀🏃‍♀️

This happened to me a couple of months back. All my downloaded runs disappeared and were no longer in the list when I tried to get them back. Very annoying but at least all my runs were still there.

I couldn't even get logged in, it kept asking me to select my country but it wouldn't let me select anything and I couldn't even log in . Then tonight it suddenly let me in. My downloaded runs aren't there but atleast I can now see the guided runs. I hope it is now sorted, fingers crossed!🏃‍♀️😀
