Well today went for my first run since last weeks race for life(really a sponsored consolidation run but whats a little detail like that?)
I hadnt run because i had a swollen knee no pain just swelling. Its been hard not going out but figured it was for the best
I managed a 6k run according to my fitbit but have had strava drama. Technology isnt my strong point so my husband has just bought me a garmin vivoactive 4s as a well done for running/happy birthday gift hopefully to prevent more strava issues
Just got to figure it out now🤣
Luckily no knee swelling or pain.
Hope to increase my distance on one long slow run each week
