Feeling tired

Hello,

I’ve been running regularly for the past 3 months and am now on W2R3 of B210k. I’m starting to feel really tired a lot of the time (not just run days). Is this normal? Some sites I’ve been on suggest it is.

Anyone else have the same experience?

I assume you live in the UK in which case we have had a high degree of humidity recently which can be energy sapping. Also, you are on the B210K plan which means your body has to get used to the new workload so feeling a bit tired is normal. Make sure you’re eating properly, sleeping well and staying well hydrated. These things really do make a huge difference 🙂

Of course running further takes its toll and your body still needs to recover afterwards.

However if you're worried or the tiredness is extreme you probably ought to get your GP to check it just in case.
