Completed my final run of the bridge to 10k plan with an 88min (10km) run.
This programme has been super helpful by keeping me guided and motivated and increasing my run duration a little each week.
After finishing the C25K, I ran about 5 weeks of consolidation runs and then started this.
I also found a great podcast on audible called MoJo (marathon training plan with George Lamb, Mo Farah and Joe Wickes) which is really informative and inspiring so recommend if you’re looking for a little break from music.
I’ve just started LEJOG 5 (after seeing it mentioned on here so thanks all who did) and hope this will keep me motivated over the winter time.
